### Skills
– Knowledge of special education strategies and IEP implementation
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom)
– Proficiency in generating reports and tracking student progress
– Ability to establish positive relationships with students and families
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Capability to engage students in a virtual learning environment
### Responsibilities
– Provide individualized support for students as outlined in IEPs
– Assist in lesson planning and instructional delivery as directed by the Special Education teacher
– Monitor student attendance and make timely contact with families
– Generate and analyze daily and weekly reports on student progress
– Administer assessments to help gauge student development
– Collaborate with the SEED Administrator to provide push-in support as necessary
– Coordinate with families for students lacking participation in required programs
### Qualifications
– Previous experience as a Paraprofessional (required)
– Bachelor’s Degree (required)
– Completion of Live Scan/DOJ Fingerprint Scanning (required)
– Experience in a virtual education setting is preferred but not required
