Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher licensed in South Carolina to join our innovative virtual education network. As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized instruction to K-12 students with diverse learning needs from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Deliver engaging virtual instruction in alignment with state standards and district guidelines.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students’ academic and behavioral success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to meet learning goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student performance and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• South Carolina state certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students in a virtual or classroom setting.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using virtual platforms for instruction.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
