Key Responsibilities :
• Provide specialized instruction to students with various disabilities
• Develop and manage online IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Facilitate virtual meetings with students, families, and school personnel
• Adapt digital curriculum materials for individual student needs
• Track and report student progress using online platforms
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred)
• Valid West Virginia teaching license with appropriate special education endorsements
• Experience with virtual or blended learning environments
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
