Responsibilities:
• – Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
• – Teaching IHBB/AP History courses
• – Assess students’ progress and provide feedback on their performance
• – Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
• – Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance student learning
• – Provide academic advising and support to students
• – Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
• – Utilize research-based strategies to improve teaching methods
• – Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a productive classroom environment

Skills:
• – Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• – Knowledge of education administration and policies
• – Ability to design and implement effective instructional materials
• – Familiarity with historical learning resources
• – Proficiency in behavior management techniques
• – Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students
