Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs, helping them achieve their educational goals. You will work collaboratively with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support in various settings, including inclusive classrooms and resource rooms.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
