What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Communicate with students and parents on a regular basis through various channels
– Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
– Collaborate with other team members to provide appropriate support and accommodations to students
– Participate in professional development and team meetings
– Assist in evaluating and monitoring student progress and compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Highly qualified in Special Education
– Possession of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
– Arizona Teacher Certification
– Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Special Education at the secondary level
– Remote work available for candidates located in Arizona
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in remote teaching or online instruction
– Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and technologies
