Job Responsibilities…
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide specialized instruction to students with a range of disabilities, including learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to accommodate students’ individual learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of strategies that support student growth.
Requirements:
• Valid Wisconsin state Special Education Teaching Licensure.
• Background or experience with behavioral interventions is preferred.
• Must meet all local and state education requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students.
