Kumon is an after school enrichment program that assists students from 3 years old to highs school in the areas of reading and math. Our class days are on Monday and Thursday from 3:00pm to 7:30pm. However, there are opportunities to earn extra hours completing administrative duties on non-class days. Primary job responsibilities include grading math and reading assignments and assisting early… learners (typically 4years old to 6 years old) in the areas of reading and math with the Kumon curriculum. You MUST love to work with children. Prior experience with teaching or tutoring is not required but is preferred. On the job training will be provided. Applicants MUST enjoy working with children. Speed, accuracy, organizational and communication skills are needed.
