This fully remote position allows you to provide essential educational support to students, helping them thrive in a personalized learning environment.
Key Responsibilities…
Create and Implement IEPs: Develop and tailor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet each student’s unique needs.
Personalized Instruction: Deliver customized instruction and support, ensuring alignment with students’ IEP goals.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with parents, general education teachers, and support staff to enhance student success.
Monitor and Adjust: Track student progress and modify instructional strategies as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid Vermont Special Education teaching certification.
Experience working with K-12 students who have diverse learning needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using technology for remote teaching and learning.
