Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging and interactive history lessons for students in a virtual environment.
Adapt the curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.
Assess and provide constructive feedback on student assignments.
Stay up-to-date with historical events and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
South Carolina K-12 teaching certification in History.
Previous experience teaching in a virtual or online setting is a plus.
Strong technology skills and familiarity with virtual teaching platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
