About The Role…
As a Virtual Special Needs Instructor, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home while playing a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your expertise will help shape their educational journey, ensuring they receive personalized and effective instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored instruction to students with various learning challenges.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
Create engaging and accessible online lessons using innovative tools and methods.
Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and support staff to support student success.
Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed progress reports to track student achievements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid teaching credential with special education endorsement.
At least 3 years of experience in special education.
Proficiency with technology for remote instruction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
