## Duties
– Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students learning English as a second language
– Provide instruction in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills
– Assess students’ language proficiency and progress
– Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
– Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
## Skills
– Experience working with students, particularly those from diverse cultural backgrounds
– Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
– Familiarity with visually impaired education techniques is a plus
– Strong ability in lesson planning and curriculum development
– Experience in tutoring or teaching English language learners
– Knowledge of learning technology tools for educational purposes
– Background in literacy education, special education, adult education, or adult language education
