What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Coordinate and deliver professional development series for early childhood professionals
– Conduct trainings demonstrating equitable and inclusive practices in both Spanish and English
– Develop and design professional development materials aligned with state and federal initiatives
– Embed strategies for children with special needs and support diverse communities
– Manage work to adhere to project timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in child development, early childhood education, or related field
– Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish/English
– Teaching experience in Infant/Toddler/Preschool/TK/Kindergarten or equivalent
– Experience presenting to large groups
– Ability to travel extensively

– Experience or coursework in digital delivery of professional development
