Job Duties…
• Create and adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs.
• Implement and track individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver specialized instruction in virtual classrooms.
• Collaborate with families and school teams.
• Monitor and report on student progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Special Education
• Valid state licensure in Nebraska
• 2 years of school-based experience
• Experience with teletherapy (preferred)

• Consistent hourly rates for both direct and indirect services.
• Full-time or part-time work schedule.
• 1099 independent contractor
