The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff.The ideal candidate must have an… active Registered Nurse (RN) license, a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field, and at least two years of experience in nursing education. They must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Facilitate effective communication between healthcare team members
Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure patient safety and quality improvement
Promote evidence-based practice and research
Provide support and guidance to nursing staff
Monitor patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
