## Job Summary

## Duties
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
– Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
– Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student learning experiences
## Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Teaching certification/license
– Proficiency in Linguistics, Math, Journalism, or other relevant subjects
– Experience in behavior management and special education is a plus
– Knowledge of literacy education, Montessori… or academic advising preferred
– Strong proofreading skills for reviewing student work
– Familiarity with private school settings
