We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective ESL instruction to students in a virtual classroom setting.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of English language learners.
Assess students’ language proficiency and tailor instruction to support their growth.
Monitor and document students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators to support students’ learning goals.
Utilize technology and online resources to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio teaching certification with an ESL endorsement.
Experience teaching ESL students, preferably in a virtual setting.
Strong communication, organizational, and technological skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible part-time schedule.
Passion for working with diverse student populations and helping them achieve their language learning goals.
