Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced online ESL teacher to join our team. As an online ESL teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students from around the world in a virtual classroom setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a proven track record of success in the ESL industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective online ESL instruction to adult and young adult students of all proficiency levels.
• Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with established curriculum guidelines.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques and strategies to facilitate student learning and progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and performance.
• Monitor and track student progress and communicate with students as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching methods and strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, TESOL, or a related field.
• ESL teaching certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 year of online teaching experience in ESL.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom)
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of ESL teaching methods and techniques.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
