Job Duties…
• Create and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide specialized instruction in a virtual classroom setting.
• Collaborate with families and school staff to support student growth.
• Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Special Education
• Valid state licensure in Nebraska
• 2 years of school-based experience
• Experience with teletherapy (preferred)

• Consistent hourly rates for both direct and indirect services.
• Full-time or part-time work schedule.
• 1099 independent contractor
