Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to join our team for a role within school districts in Green Bay, WI. We are actively interviewing candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
Responsibilities…
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.
• Provide direct instruction in a variety of settings, including small groups, one-on-one, and within the general education classroom.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction and strategies as necessary to ensure success.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance, progress, and attendance.
Requirements:
• Active Wisconsin (WI) Teaching License in Special Education, with certification in the corresponding age/grade range (elementary and middle school).
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations and requirements for special education services.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
