About The Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role as the primary instructor across all core subjects and grade levels. Your dedication will be instrumental in helping students achieve academic excellence and develop important life skills.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Lead live web conference lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, grounded in proven instructional practices.
Set up courses within our Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access to educational materials.
Provide daily feedback and grade assignments, actively monitoring student progress.
Maintain regular communication with students and families, keeping them informed about academic and social-emotional growth.
Collaborate with the Principal to create progress reports and adapt instructional strategies based on student data.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, integrating culturally responsive teaching practices into your daily interactions.
Participate in school-wide activities and events, both online and in person, fostering a sense of community among students, families, and colleagues.
About You
We’re looking for candidates who possess:
A current state teaching license in the relevant subject area.
Familiarity with State and Common Core Standards.
Preferably, two years of teaching experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with technology.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring student welfare.
The ability to adapt to a dynamic coaching environment focused on growth and improvement.
Experience working in diverse cultural settings is a plus.
