Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement personalized learning plans for students with diverse needs
Facilitate online classes and one-on-one sessions using virtual learning platforms
Adapt curriculum materials to meet individual student requirements
Administer and interpret educational assessments in a digital environment
Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success
Maintain detailed records of student progress and interventions
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Special Education
Current state teaching license with special education endorsement
3+ years of experience in special education, preferably in an online setting
Proficiency in using assistive technology and digital learning tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate and engage students in a virtual environment
Flexibility and adaptability in meeting diverse student needs
