We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Online ESL Tutor to join our team! If you are passionate about teaching English and enjoy creating an interactive learning environment, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is someone who can work with adult learners, has experience with Business English, and is proficient in all aspects of the English language including speaking… reading, writing, and listening.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct online ESL classes for adult learners
– Teach Business English and other professional English skills
– Utilize provided materials to conduct lessons, while also creating your own engaging content
– Assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback
– Adapt teaching methods to meet students’ varying needs and interests
– Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESL
– Experience teaching adults and Business English
– Excellent command of English language (C1-C2)
– Basic Spanish skills are preferred
– Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Comfortable with using online teaching platforms and tools
