Requirements
Reading/English Tutors: Pursuing an Education/Teaching Degree
Math Tutors: Strong proficiency through Algebra 2 (Education Degree not required)
Test Prep (ACT/SAT) Tutors: Strong ACT/SAT scores (30/1400 preferred)
1 Year Of Teaching Or Tutoring Experience Preferred
Ability to connect with and motivate students
Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability
Ability to work at one of our locations in Lake Zurich/Barrington or Schaumburg

Teach using established programs
Motivate and guide students during instruction

Communicate student needs to the educational team
Build rapport with students and create an engaging learning environment
Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching
We operate seven days a week and require our tutors to work at least one weekend day and one weekday. Extended teaching opportunities are available during the summer.
