What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Set appointments with potential clients to educate them about insurance products
– Conduct research with your mentor to find and customize products for clients

– Commit to specific weekly hours based on the role chosen (spare time, part-time, or full-time)
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must have a servant’s heart and a desire to help clients and teammates
– Coachable team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
– Active listening and clear communication skills
– Must be licensed in Life and Health insurance or willing to obtain a license
– Commitment to working the specified hours based on the role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Prior experience in sales or customer service
– Familiarity with digital resources for research and client engagement
– Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential clients
– Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
– Track record of achieving sales goals or targets
